Adequate, active insurance with a certificate of insurance on file. Coverage is monitored so it never lapses mid-project.

Landmarc uses a third-party vendor compliance service — Vendor Information Verification Experts, LLC (VIVE) — to verify our vendors. To be added to our network, you'll need to become VIVE certified.
Create your vendor profile through our VIVE registration link and tell us about your trade and service area.
Upload your trade licenses and certificate of insurance, and complete the background screening so your compliance is verified.
Once you're VIVE certified, you're eligible to be hired for work across the Landmarc-managed communities that need your services.
